Since our founding in 2004, we’ve been passionate storytellers, crafting unique and memorable experiences for a diverse clientele, from corporations and businesses to individuals and communities.

Our story began in 2004 with a small team of three, fueled by a shared vision and a commitment to innovation. We quickly established ourselves as a reliable and creative force in the event management industry.

2008: A Milestone and Expanding Our Team

A major turning point came in 2008 when we landed our first major project with ICICI Prudential. This success solidified our reputation for excellence and allowed us to expand our team to 10 dedicated individuals. By this time, our turnover had reached a noteworthy 50 lakh, a testament to our growing client base.

2010: Diversifying Our Services

Recognizing the evolving event landscape, we boldly ventured into new territory in 2010. We launched a dedicated wedding division, catering to the dreamiest celebrations and ensuring every couple’s special day unfolded flawlessly. Additionally, we established our own production house, allowing us greater control over the creative process and the ability to bring your vision to life seamlessly. We also commenced fabrication works in MaraduKundannoor, Kochi, further solidifying our infrastructure and capabilities. As these exciting developments unfolded, the Imagin family grew to 15 members.

2015: Branching Out and Regional Expansion

Our success story continued in 2015. We strategically expanded our reach by opening branches in Calicut and Trivandrum, catering to a wider regional clientele. This expansion also saw our team size increase to a total of 30 passionate individuals, a dynamic force driven by a shared love for creating exceptional events.

2020: A Global Stage and International Ventures

Never content to rest on our laurels, we took a bold step forward in 2020 by venturing into the realm of international conferences and exhibitions. This expansion broadened our portfolio and solidified our position as a leading event management company capable of handling projects on a global scale.

2021 and Beyond: Lights, Camera, Action!

Our creativity extends beyond the event sphere. In 2021, we launched “Imagin Cinemas,” a new division dedicated to movie production. Within a short span, we’ve produced three films, with another one in the pipeline. This diversification showcases our commitment to storytelling and our ability to excel in diverse creative fields.
